All employees' eyes on the Veronesse brand

Veronesse employees have found out more about the brand they work for due to a course of knowing and implementing the brand’s values. The brand concept was thought up and sustained by Signatura, the company’s communication agency.


For seven whole hours, Veronesse sales assistants have gotten acquainted with the brand’s values, they have found out information regarding the company’s history, the different and specific characteristics of its public segments. The employees also learned how to approach their relationship with each client. The course was interactive, the employees being involved in various discussions and role plays.


The entire activity aimed to win the new employees’ trust in the Veronesse brand, but also sought to make those with experience in the company more loyal and to teach them methods of transmitting a correct image of the company to present and future clients. The trainers for this activity were Elisabeta Chira, Creative Director, and Cristina Moldovan, the Account Manager of Signatura.


An importer and manufacturer of personalized ladies’ luxury footwear, Veronesse is one of the most important players of the footwear industry in Romania. Currently, the Veronesse collections comprise of over a thousand footwear designs, both the company’s products and internationally famous brands imported by the company, such as Pollini, Paco Gil, Nebuloni, Pura Lopez, Hogl. In order to communicate its image, Veronesse uses the services of Signatura, an integrated communication agency.
